Mikumo Akatani,the prototyp of Izuku Midoriya,was supposed to be cold around others,all gloomy,isolated himself and never cared about others.he was also quirkless but the difference is,he never got one for All.He actually never smiled.he got the nickname 'Yamikumo' also called 'Yami' to make it short,from his 'friend' Gogo Katsuki,the prototyp of Katsuki Bakugo.Gogo was supposed to be described as happy-go-lucky cheerfull person,who was always at Mikumos side.he accidentally hurts people when he says random things,without noticing it.He still got a side that's like our normal bakugo from today,but only in battles.And his quirk are still explosions.
then theres Ochako Urarakas prototyp!she's called Yuu Takeyama,and wasn't that different from Mikumo.Yuu was supposed to be cold,also didn't really cared about others,even thought she secretly cared about  Mikumo and Gogo and Toga.(will come in the story.)She had the quirk of mount lady from todays my hero academia.she could make her body bigger,but never smaller then her original body-size.
