Kairo Thayer didn't realize that majoring in management would be such a good idea until he got the opportunity to manage Pillar of the Reverend - a rock band that he had grown up listening to. He had the lead singer's posters plastered all over his childhood bedroom and his CD collection was full of their albums. His band's long time manager decided to retire, but promised to find his replacement before he put in his resignation.
