On the Overmorrow

Since far before a time anyone can remember, the world has been at war. The Evil, as it's called, represents an unending threat to humanity. But many are tired of war. A council of diplomats meet to approve plans for a treaty. Not every nation, however, is interested in peace. A collection of characters come together to block the treaty by convincing enough council members the risk of letting the Evil into society is far from worth it.
