An 8th year Drarry fic where Harry barely speaks anymore, but Draco doesn't need words to understand him. After spending the summer together and beginning their relationship, it's time for Harry and Draco to transition back to Hogwarts. Both men know continuing their relationship isn't going to be easy, but nothing good ever is. Can they keep their relationship hidden from not only their friends, but the wizarding world as a whole until they're ready to come out? Can they, along with their friends, end house prejudices for good, and finally unite Hogwarts? Sequel to my story Ghosts, but my goal is that this can be read as a stand alone book. What if Harry wasn't the golden boy everyone thought? What if his world of Hogwarts changes forever? Harry Potter was excited for school to start for his fifth year. He wanted nothing more than to get away from his abusive aunt, uncle, and cousin and get to see his friends and finally return home. But it's not the home he once thought. Professor Umbridge arrives to the school and resorts everyone, and Harry...gets placed into Slytherin. With the whole school now bullying him, his constant reoccurring nightmares getting worse, Harry no longer sees the point in living. He loses all his faith. But can a pale, blonde haired boy change the way Harry sees himself? And can Draco pull him out of the ground before he gets buried? This story will only follow a few things from the original book/movie. Umbridge is there, Harry still gets a lot of detentions from her, and his nightmares continue. Sirius will not die at the end of this and Harry and the rest of the gang don't end up going to the ministry. What would happen if he truly wanted to change Voldemort and make him a better person? Well he gets that chance but a bit more twisted than what he wanted. When he wakes as the younger brother of Voldemort in his new life to find that he turned back time but, took Voldemort with him. Literally, inseparable. Disaster hits. After a spell gone wrong, they discover they're bond together for the next week. Without being able to be touched, and without the ability to move further then a foot apart, Draco and Harry have to figure out how to live with each other. However, they soon discover its much easier then they thought. Harry learns he's more then welcome at the Slytherins table, and Draco doesn't seem to hate him as much as he used to. Could years of loathing actually just be childish squabbles? Did they actually just need more time to understand, and speak to each other?
