In a world where magic is used for every day life, Mash was born without magic, and lived a very sheltered life. And one day, he got himself into some trouble with the magic police, and idiotically made a deal to go to magic school. You see, since he can't use magic, he uses his muscles to do all the work to compensate for his magic he can't use. Libby Dragneel - who was dragged to this magic school by the Ninth Guild Master of Fairy Tail - was on a mission to set the non-magic users free from the Bureau of Magic and take down the council there, as well. But she was not going to do this alone, she was going to need the help and guidance of Mash, Lemon, Finn, Dot and Lance to make the Magic World better for wizards and non-wizards.
