The War of the Ring is over. Sauron has won this time. Frodo and Samwise were tortured out of their wits and only a few seldom elves remain including Legolas Thranduillion and Elrond Halfelven. Arwen Undomiel has gone to Valinor leaving Aragorn Telcontar to wither in misery. Their only hope is a small girl only the age of twelve who was gifted long ago by the Valar with the gift of magic. The only problem, she lives in the depths of the Great Sea in between of The Undying Lands and Middle-earth.
