Six years have passed since Emily first got her new mansion. In that time, Sonic had run off to help Tails in a valley full of gentle ghosts and giants, Shadow Valley.
However, while studying there, something happens to the ghosts and giants. Their eyes filled with pixels and their gentleness was forgotten. When Tails got captured on the way to his bunker, there is only one girl Sonic knows who can help him.
