Jeffrey Dahmer. A name that has become synonymous with one of the most terrifying serial killers in history. His actions were so unthinkable that it is hard to believe that behind them was a man - not devoid of emotion, but at the same time capable of such atrocities. This book is a journey into the dark world of Dahmer. It is an attempt to understand how loneliness, neglect and inner demons could have led him to acts that shook the world. Based on facts, witness accounts and analysis, I try to show not only the course of his life and crimes, but also ask questions that may never be answered. However, this is not just a dry account. It is also my personal perspective - reflections that arise while delving into this terrifying story. Because Dahmer was not a monster from another planet. He was one of us.
