26 year old Hailey Austin has had her heart broken one too many times, and being dumped over her stubborn and rambunctious dog, Bob was the last straw. Now she lives alone in her new apartment, determined to care for Bob on her own without the help of anyone while balancing her 9 to 5 office job (that she hates by the way). One day, she meets her neighbor, Jake, by accident and is instantly filled with curiosity and yearns to befriend him. How long will this hopeless romantic be able to resist falling for her mysterious, yet compassionate, neighbor Jake-especially when he's so great with dogs?

Ok, so I thought, what is something that (I don't think at least) no one has ever written a jailey fanfic about before .....( then my brain trails off thought again).... hey! dogs are cool!! who doesn't like a good dog story! (sorry cat people) and do you know what's even better than just dog story???

This is my first fanfic and my first time writing a story that isn't school related so please be minded that this won't be a masterpiece or anything.
