- 1880, England. -

One could describe Josephine Carina Joestar in many ways, and most of these were along the lines of 'selfish'.

If there is one thing she cares about most, it's the act of preserving herself. Keeping her mortal flesh from harm while others suffer doing her work. To her, everyone was selfish by the end of the story. Each being has its own will and needs. It was only natural the runts of the litter got cut off. Letting fate take its course was nothing she could hinder.

And so... she'd begun a recent endeavor in petty theft as part of this self-preservation.

But when this petty theft leads her to see strange apparitions - known as Stands - she assumes the role of protector of a mystical Stand-invoking mirror.

Yet, this mirror gets her in more trouble than she can imagine...
