The world is at its end, the good news is that gods are real, the bad news is that they're not in any way merciful, they reigned their unbridled rage down on us, the world above is rendered unlivable, what was left of humanity is forced to live down below, it's not that bad, there's food and renewable water, but surviving is not the same as living, being alive is nothing if they're forced to spend their lives in undergound bunkers.
But all hope is not lost, during their reign, the gods unknowingly scattered hundreds of radiant petals imbued with their holy powers, after getting their hands on one elusive petals, humanity discovered that they could be used to perform small miracles, the idea is simple, collect all of these radiant petals and theoretically, use their accumulated miracle granting powers to reverse this entire kerfuffle.
So as humanity's last hope, they constructed numerous trains capable of surviving the world above's dangerous environments sending out each of those trains in search of the petals, each train was Labeled Faith 1-7 by the last remaining organization, M-Corp.
This story follows the journey of Faith 6, and 14 idiots stationed in the train, all strangers to one another, each there for their own reasons, the world above is dangerous, filled with unknown dangers to our poor adventurers, but maybe, there are dangers in the train as well...

Run. Don't look back.
When Natalie is trapped in an alien ambush, she is unexpectedly released. The first human to ever be let go.
The Saursunes invaded centuries ago, and everyone knows that getting caught is certain death. Natalie is confused but grateful to be alive. As a porter, one of the few humans with the rare ability to teleport between special crystal formations, she must leave the safety of her desert village every day to help gather food.
When other villages increase their raids on the Saursunes' farms, the aliens retaliate by hunting down every human they can find - except Natalie's group. Instead of trying to kill her and those helping her, they bring them food instead.
Is it a trap? Or something else? Natalie isn't sure, but one thing is certain: the Saursunes aren't done with her yet.
