"All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players."
But in Piltover and Zaun, the roles are cruelly cast.
Detective Caitlyn Kiramman is no stranger to solving grisly crimes, but a new wave of Shimmer-related "suicides" pushes her beyond the limits of logic and endurance. Beneath her sharp intellect lies an unspoken reliance on stimulants, a crutch she refuses to name.
Her investigation leads her deep into the shadowed depths of Zaun, where she encounters Vi-a pit fighter, bouncer, and ex-con weighed down by guilt and a near-fatalistic streak of self-destruction. Distrust ignites between them, but so does something deeper, an inexplicable pull between two women shaped by worlds intent on breaking them.
As their cities spiral while the body count rises, Caitlyn and Vi untangle years of shared pain and vices long hidden.
"Vengeance is in my heart, death in my hand, Blood and revenge are hammering in my head."
Now the last girl she had a serious face all the time, like she was a leader or something, she was wearing a sleeveless T showing off her tattoos and muscular arms with basketball shorts, her eyes were the most beautiful shade of green I've ever seen, she also had tattoos on her hands which were big and veiny same with her arms, her hair was up in a messy bun with an undercut. I noticed that she was looking at me, her eyes held so much lust, care, desire. It gave me a chill that ran down my back. There's something different about them I just know it, but I can't put my finger on it , I have to know, I don't want to go crazy about it.
There will be a song that you can listen to while reading, you don't have to but yeah
I'm really bad at summaries but latter on I'll probably rewrite a better one
Enjoy the story💖😊
