To Fix What's Important

In the Remnant of Universe ninety one there is a small chance of a Vastayan male to be born with feminine qualities. These men have the ability to bear children with other males through taking in their magic. This does NOT have to be through intercourse, but simply by the feminine male opening his mana to accept the foreign mana. (Kind of how the Gods do it.) But it cannot be forced and could even drive the feminine male to...end it. The government wants these men to have both a female and a male partner. a female if they are straight after all...but I digress. The reason for the male partner is that the child could inherit both powers from parents, as well as their resistances. Okay...enough of that.
