A teenage girl with lung cancer is given a special gift to save herself and the ones around her from unnecessary disasters and death's. With this new gift, her life instantly spins out of control, and is sent into a world of chaos and dimension jumping, while trying to understand that small orb that gave her her new powers, and trying to find the person who gave it to her. She struggles physically and mentally with this new way of life, but with the support of the people around her, she could go really far.
Please do not copy my story idea as a way of making money, I worked very hard on this and I plan on publishing it if it is any good. This also means that it is copyrighted. Other than that, please enjoy the story! Feel free to comment on anything, or point out any corrections! I wish to make this as good as it could possible be! Thanks!

I made this when I was younger and decided to release my old work into this to the world. I didn't plan a storyline so this maybe have crazy tone shifts. Defying Fate
Please don't read this, I wrote it in middle school and it's really bad. I just don't want to delete it because some people might get mad at me ;-; Maybe someday I will rewrite it. Bad things are going to happen, and if you play them off and ignore them, it will only worsen," May's mother explained. There once was a prince, who fell in love with a girl. But she wasn't a princess. She was the hand maiden of a nobleman's daughter, who had eyes for the young prince. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth.
