In the Gardenview Center, a team of scientists and researchers used an unidentified substance now known as "Ichor" in order to bring their beloved mascots from the Dandy's World Show to life. The building was abandoned after the containment chamber broke and the entire place became contaminated.

The Toons became stuck inside Gardenview with beings known as "Twisteds," which were created when the Ichor reacted with the DNA of the toons, creating hostile and clone-like versions of the toons. 

When the Ichor begins to spread upwards, Dandy, in a desperate attempt to save the toons, sends a team of 6 down deeper into the building in order to extract machines and divert the Ichor.

However, such an endeavor will require teamwork, skill, and persistence, and only the best will survive.All Rights Reserved

He was certain that was all about to change, though, when a new toon is announced to be released. Even though he had friends, Sprout longed for a close relationship with another toon. However, when Sprout is given the run down about the new toon, he is hopeful he won't have to wish for a best friend because once he met the new toon, he'd have one. And, he was correct.
