It's been two years since the Avengers took Bucky in and they're still taking down Hydra bases.

Plan after plan, attack after attack; none of it matters. Hydra always finds a way to resurface and fast too.

With the teams spirits low, Bucky goes against his better judgment and asks for the help of an old 'acquaintance'.
