Aurora has had a tough life, her parents dumped her when she was a baby, she clashes with her adoptive mother, she struggles with school and to make things a whole lot worse, she just killed someone. Although I have written a few books (Okay 3 books including this one) I mainly write to relax. This is the first time that I will be sharing my writing with others and I have a huge fear of rejections so please be kind in your comments. Also, Yes you will most definitely find spelling and Grammar mistakes, and I'm apologizing in advance as English is not my first language but I decided to write in English with the hope that my story reaches more readers than it would if I wrote it in my home language of Afrikaans. Having said that I really hope you enjoy the story line and read all the way to the end. This story is a fictional fantasy but contains sex, violence, strong language, rape, abuse, slavery, blood, vampires, warewolved and witches, and reference to slavery and sexual abuse. If you're sensitive about these type of things or you find the above mentioned topics offensive than please do not read any further. If you do enjoy this story please read the follow-up called Hunting Aurora. I have done a lot of research on specific time areas and subject matters and tried to incorporate as much factual info as possible even though all characters are fictional. The blood is flowing because of her hands, and she doesn't feel a thing when she creates a wound so painful that you have to scream. But there's this one person who can make her feel things. Who loves her like she's a normal person. Who does not want to believe that her vain is a psychopath like everyone says. Will she ever tell her the truth? That the only reason she likes to hurt other people, is to keep herself from feeling that pain. Luna Moon- the normal civilian living in a world that gets possessed by shadows. The girl who is obsessed with the old children's tales and is one of the few normal people that still believes in them. She doesn't know that believing those stories, having a heart of gold, will lead her to her death eventually.

Medea has finished her work, but she is still unsure how to fix all of the messes. She hasn't been herself in a long time, and it's bothering her. The throne seems so far away, and the weight of the burden grows heavier with each passing day. A letter from the Imperial Palace has arrived, instructing the Duchess to look after the House of Smith's Duchess of Light, Natalie Wilson Smith.
