Time Traveled Arkian To The Past

After being shot by his brother to protect an Outer, he wakes up three weeks after his brother tries to give him a new eye making him to make sure to time things differently as he needs to get ready to get back to the others without being used as a hostage by one of them making him to plan.

He gets everything ready slowly without his brother knowing it and he also learns more in medical with supplies as he crafts storage boxes that he knows how to use without anyone knowing about it. After waiting for what felt like eternity, he saw one of them and pulls them to a safe place fast.
