The first time Floresca Laniela Crisostomo opened her eyes was in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the United States. She later developed a passion for book collecting, nevertheless, after learning to love reading while growing up in the Philippines. She consequently has a favorite book, just like any other book collectors. She fell in love with the novel "Enchanted by the Charmer," published by a pseudonym known as "The Charmer."

Flor is an intelligent young woman who dreams of becoming an author. She spares her time reading books she considers her inspiration. Hiding in that shadow of her own little fantasies, she once hoped to experience the love that she only read in books. Thus, meeting Ezian Lorenzo Del Romano was the first time her heart beat in a way she couldn't have imagined. An infatuation was built up around the corners of her dull heart, and an alluring dust was sprinkled on her perception of what love should be.

But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows when she met Ezlo. When will she be able to feel the love of the female character in her favorite novel? Or will she simply stay the same as everyone else, waiting for Cupid's arrow to strike her drab heart?
