This book will consist of a Hunger Games simulation in which you, the reader, act as the capitol and the sponsors. There are 24 tributes, each with their own personalities and stories. You will be able to read through their reaping, interviews know a lot about their characters, and finally read through their games.

Another Quarter Quell has arrived! This year, the Quell demands something that the Districts have never done... The first tribute reaped in each District has to choose who will be accompanying them in the Arena. However, the person they choose must still be eligible for the Games. Who will be reaped?
