Princess Kunti had a powerful boon of getting blessings of any God to have a son. In her childhood fantasy, she used that boon and got twenty sons. She was scared because she was an unmarried woman but her father insisted they keep God's blessings with them and Kunti agreed.

They lived in a merry land without caring about the world. Soon, her marriage was fixed with Kuru King Pandu. Kunti thought he loved her but she was stuck in a foul play. And when she realised that, she was too late. Keeping stones on her heart, she sent her sons back to her maternal Kingdom to protect them from the evil Kurus and their thirst for power.

The boys grew up to hate Kurus and yearn for their mother, knowing well she was forced to separate from them. They and their mother were mocked, doubted for being kids born out of wedlock.

If Pandu's second marriage wasn't triggering enough, his order to share Kunti's divine boon with Madri surely was.

Going against all, they brought their mother back to the kingdom, promising revenge for every injustice served in the answer of success, when every person will admire them. When these Kurus will see the ones they mocked, now rule the skies and the lady they insulted, is worshipped by every household.
