Ivy has always loved sounds - the sound of rain on the roof, the laughter of her friends, the music that was her escape. But her world is increasingly immersed in silence as the disease slowly takes away her hearing. For Ivy, every note becomes a treasure, every melody - a farewell.
Leo, a young composer struggling with writer's block and the stigma of family expectations, is on the verge of giving up on music. Meeting Ivy turns his world upside down. Her determination to create one last composition before silence becomes her only companion inspires Leo to fight for his own voice in music.
Together they undertake to create a unique work - a concert that will become a tribute to love, loss and the sounds that make up our lives. But time is not on their side, and every meeting, every note reminds us that their journey together will eventually come to an end.
