"Let her go." Fuma's deep voice breaks through the angry shouts, the group that surrounded Suki now falling quiet. The girl struggles against the two men that were holding her, letting out a small groan as they force her to her knees. 
"Or what? Do you really believe you'll make it here before I can snap her pretty little neck?" The vampire says with a sneer, standing directly behind Suki. She struggles again, her eyes meeting Fuma's just as a cold hand grips her jaw from behind. Suki catches the way Fuma's eyes flash, a chill running down her spine at the dangerous look in his gaze.
"Let her go." He repeats firmly, the vampire chuckling as he puts the smallest bit of pressure against the soft part of Suki's throat. 
"Or what-" The vampire's hand is gone a second later, Fuma flipping him onto the ground with ease. He bends forward, only stopping when his mouth is neck to the vampire's ear.

The woman hears something and turns around to look, then looks back at me with panic and sorrow in her eyes. I hear a male voice behind her mumbling something, I can't make out what he's saying. I can't make out the man's face as he walks up behind the woman and squeezes her shoulders. He takes the necklace wincing and slips it over my head. They're talking to me but I can't hear what they're saying. I only see the panic in their face. "Noel! RUN." I hear screams and growls as I'm running as fast as I can. I make it out of the woods and onto a street. I hear the woman's blood curdling scream before I'm blinded by a light and everything fades to darkness.
