For the past 13 years, the rebellion lead by Edd and Matt having been fighting a war with none other than the Red Army, lead by an old friend of theirs, the Red Leader. Miriam and Matteo, Edd and Matt's children, fight alongside them as well as other new and old friends. Miriam since she can remember had a passion for leadership, until Matteo's sudden death caused by the Red Army. Leading to Miriam grieving as she gives up her longtime dream from guilt and Edd and Matt wanting nothing but revenge. However things take a turn when the clock hits 12, at the beginning of 2042. The Red Leader has launched the last months of life on earth. With many citizens becoming violent controlled monsters, Edd with Matt and Tom getting captured, Lori, Tord and Tom's daughter, being her usual self, Tobias, Tom and Tord's son, being Tobias........., and a cult with unknown motives, the remaining rebellion memebers are more at risk than ever. Miriam being seen as the last quailifed leader must face her fears and heal her grief in order to lead the rebellion to victory. While Edd, Matt, and Tom try to find out the true motives and intentions the Red Leader has. While they survive the dangers of the last months of humanity?
