Hi, I'm Addie. I'm just your average college student, but there's a little more to me than meets the eye. Yeah, I love books-mostly manga and anime-and I'm not ashamed to admit it. At 20 years old, my life may seem normal at first glance, but there's a lot more going on behind the scenes. I have a handful of disabilities that make it hard for me to do things other people take for granted. Epileptic episodes, anxiety, anorexia, and vision issues all weigh me down, making it tough to live on my own.

I still try to make the most of my life. I work a modest job, helping with bills and doing what I can to contribute to the family. My mom, Cassie, and my step-dad, James, along with my little sisters Bailee and Kinzlee, are my support system. But despite all the struggles, there's one thing that's never faltered: my passion for the things I love. And one person who's been by my side through it all is Austin-a guy who sees past all my challenges and loves me for who I am.

My story is messy, real, and a bit of a rollercoaster. Before you assume I'm just another person who's asking for sympathy, take a moment to hear my side. This is my life, and I'm learning how to live it on my own terms, no matter what the world-or even the people closest to me-think.
