Mei Dupain-Cheng is the twin of Marinette Dupain-Cheng they do things together when they were young they seem to prank their parents but their grandparents seems to see through them. Marinette is a superhero as in Ladybug but that also leads Mei being the guardian since it was Marinette that suggested it to Master Fu for her sister to be the guardian as he agreed. Being a superhero is too much work for Mei but she perfer being a temporary one.

But fate had other plans for the Miraculous French Superhero Teams they are to be teleported in a theatre with the Maze Runner Characters from The Scorch Trials and The Death Cure to watch their lives as they found out they had soulmates with them which mades it more difficult for the Dupain-Cheng's Twins. As for the parents with the Miraculous French Superhero Team came along with them and some important people to a certain person who had lied just to gain popularity.
