Undercity Development Section
[Arcane Viktor x femReader][NSFW] Reader works at the Architecture and Urban Planning department at the Piltover Academy in the underfunded and practically abandoned Undercity Development Section. Her life study revolves around charting out areas, collecting data (societal and political), and coming up with ways to improve the undercitizens quality of life. She has a whole thesis planned out (that keeps getting updated as years go by according to the changes in the Lanes) on how to improve infrastructure in the Undercity.Unfortunately, there's little interest in funding your work as the patrons of Piltover prefer focusing on projects that benefit the Topside. Her Department is practically unknown by most people at the Academy - even your office stands on an almost forgotten wing. fe One day, Professor Heimerdinger send both Jayce and Viktor fetch some files at her office.Complete
Viktor X Reader.
She/her reader. You are a young journalist from Zaun, working for The Piltover Globe. You witnessed the explosion of Jayce's lab from your friend's apartment. Your redaction board asks you to investigate on the matter, while the Academy tries to hide as much info as possible. But in a way or another, you meet Viktor, and a few things you did not even expect start to unravel. TW anxiety (mild but still)/death/mourning The "Fringes" idea is not mine, it comes from @Berserkitty and their wonderful fanfic "Undercity Development Section" (I'm sure you read it, if you haven't please do, it's fantastic). I imagine Y/N to be around 24/25, same age as Viktor in season 1 but that's purely personal projection, feel free to change that in your head ! Usual thing: English is not my first language and I tried to make the story as accessible as possible. Please, pleaaase tell me if I made any typos, if some sentences do not feel right or anything, I want to make the smoothest experience as possible for you readers. I will be updating the story regularly (at least I'll try, I have a competitive exam next February so...). I haven't found a title yet, if any comes up into your mind please suggest it :) Also, I decided every chapter should be named after a piece of literary work I like, each reference is at the end of the chapter ! Enjoy ! :) /Disclaimer\ SPOILERS SEASON 2 ARCANE This is more or less set in the alternate universe pictured in Arcane season 2 (I made a few changes to the narrative, don't be surprised if it doesn't exactly match what is pictured in episode 7)Complete
Neutral Through Chaos
Y/N knows everything and everyone in the undercity. For a fair price, they'll help anyone in need with their incredible engineering skills, no matter if they're a notorious shimmer-selling crimelord or a time-manipulating firelight. They learnt from the best of the best after all, a certain scientist from the undercity. But what happens when the sides you work for clash and all hell breaks loose? ----------------------- Gender neutral y/n All rights go to the creators of Arcane. Arcane - The Ruined Prince
In a realm sundered by betrayal, the united kingdom of Piltover and Zaun lies in ruin. One a gleaming city of progress, the other a shadow of despair. Amid the chaos of a brutal coup, a young prince loses his family, his home, and his dream of unity. Yet from the ashes, he is forged into a leader, his resolve hardened by hardship. Years later, the kingdom festers under division and oppression, its people robbed of hope. But the prince rises-not for vengeance, but to restore the unity that once bound their land and the joy stolen from its people. Through diplomacy and war, through heartbreak and triumph, he undertakes an impossible quest: to heal a shattered realm and bridge the divide between Piltover and Zaun. Enemies loom, determined to see the kingdom burn, and ghosts of the past haunt his every step. In this tale of resilience and redemption, a young king will learn that true power lies not in revenge, but in inspiring those who dare to believe in unity once more. (Arcane Fanfiction - Jinx x Male Reader x Vi) I do not own any of the characters or the original story of Arcane.
