Young Vegas wakes up one Christmas morning to find himself thrust into a future he barely recognizes-a world where his father is gone, his brother Macau smiles more often, and an older version of himself is... disturbingly affectionate with a man named Pete. As y.Vegas navigates this unexpected glimpse into his future, he grapples with his choices, his pain, and the hope that maybe, just maybe, things can get better.

Meanwhile, the present Vegas sees his younger self and remembers the boy he once was, offering him the advice and comfort he wishes he'd had back then. With Macau's innocent wonder and Pete's steadfast love grounding them, the Vegas of two timelines spend a chaotic, emotional Christmas together.

I wanted to see Pete with someone who would never betray him and would treat him with respect. I also want to see Vegas grow and realize his mistake and come to understand that because of his own selfish pride he will have to either move on from the only person he ever truly loved and trusted or love him from a distance forever. This is a ghostship for Pete an a new OG character if you don't like ghostships please don't read this. This will be very slowly updated I also have a KinnPete ghostship and my own original work so maybe once a month on updates for the time being.

His phone kept ringing, it was the main family, they probably learned what happened to him. He didn't want pity. Pete has a choice. Start over or going back to be a bodyguard, a shadow like nothing happened.
