There are 3 sides in the world, this is an unevitable rule. the first is the government; they govern the normal world, the citizens, and both the police and military forces.

the second are the people; they have lots of potential. they can become someone of the government faction, stay the same, or become a beyonder. out of all the factions, they are the most neutral and the weakest.

and lastly, the third: beyonders. a number of them are wild or with a legal organization or... an underground criminal organization. their existence remains unknown to the citizens, but well known by the government.
