Tegan has had a hard life both parents have been dead for years, but at 18 she is finally aloud to escape the orphanage with her little sister Gracie, and best friend Stella. A few weeks after two big things change her life: she is reunited with her childhood friend Niall Horan who apparently is part of a famous boy band, and the other thing scares her more than anything- she only has a few months to live.
