She was neither working for the police or the state but for the American mafia lord, her father. Little did he know that the boss of his fights had a connection with Rachel. Chase had always seen Rachel as the nerdy girl that had a pretty face. He would've never thought that he would have a strong set of feelings towards her. She has shocked him in so many ways and he's sure that she will surprise him more in the future.
