Suryaansh:
"You can threaten me, you can curse me, but you cannot escape me, Rajkumari. Fate has already decided-we are bound together, whether you like it or not."
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Vartika:
"You may have conquered the land, but you will never conquer me. I am a daughter of Prithvish, and my blood runs with the strength of a thousand warriors."
🔥🔥🔥🔥
In the heart of Prithvish, a kingdom built on strength and pride, a dark betrayal unfolds. Suryaansh Dev Pratap Singh, the ruthless ruler of the Suryagarh Empire, launches an attack that changes everything. With their defenses crippled by a traitor in their midst, Prithvish falls.
Amid the chaos, Rajkumari Vartika Rudra Rana Singh, the brilliant strategist and fierce warrior, remains unaware of the kingdom's downfall. Her tent, far from the frontlines, is where she studies the battlefield, never imagining that her world is about to shatter. When Suryaansh himself enters her camp, hidden behind a veil, it is not only her kingdom that is lost-but her heart to the conqueror.
Suryaansh, impressed by both her unmatched beauty and sharp mind, offers Vartika a cruel choice: marry him, and he will return her kingdom to its people-under his rule, of course. Vartika, torn between love for another and the duty to her people, reluctantly agrees, promising that while she may wear the crown, it is he who will fall in the end.
Bound by duty, revenge, and an unwilling marriage, Vartika begins her silent war against the man who took everything from her. Prithvish is lost, but the fight is far from over.
(Book #1 of Battle series)
His eyes blazing with a rare fire. His grasp on her hand was tight enough to leave a bruise, his sword inches away from her neck.
"Where are you trying to go, my love?" he whispered dangerously in her ears
She gulped nervously for all she can see was the sword which could prick her skin any moment. She looked around to find out that she was surrounded, everything was broken and tarnished, the silk curtains were shredded into pieces, courtesy of his sword.
Her silence angered him, his patience was on the edge. The presence of his own soldiers annoyed him, he wanted her cornered by him, he wanted her to fear him... only him.
He pulled her with sudden force, she stumbled a bit but then it was his hold on her only which didn't let her fall. He dragged her to a room and threw her on the bed. Her eyes widened with fear, she tried moving to the far end of bed but failed miserably when he pulled her towards him by her wrist.
"Who the hell gave you permission to go?" He screamed at her
"Answer me!" he screamed again, the intensity of his gaze sent shivers down her spine
"No one." She whispered
"Then, why the hell did you try to run?"
Even though she had answer, she couldn't speak. Gripping fear constricted her throat. She was trapped forever because deep down she knew there was no escape, no way out of here. The only way to survive was the battle but even that was hopeless.
