The Werewolf Empire of Locus is the place where HUMANS are just imaginations.
Everyone is a werewolf.
The nation is divided into 3 municipalities(Parsell, Klein and Hulk) & will conduct a
Blacklisting Competition:
"The contenders will be put to deep sleep and will fight in their minds."
Participants who failed will have their municipality suffer. And such fallen municipality will conduct the
Blacklisting Ritual:
"Werewolves will be randomly picked to be heartlessly killed for population control"
When Casper grew up, he entered Locus University, the place for wolf studnts. He met Nikk, the girl he liked which came from Klein: A rich town. The participants for the Competition are picked in the univrsity and both of them (Casper from Parsell and Nikk from Klein) are chosen to be candidates in their towns.
How can they face it if they're willing to win, but also sacrifice for each other?
and can Casper survive after knowing that he's a HUMAN all along ?
