Alice Crosser cant part with her music, she had been diagnosed with a rare disease that makes her fingers weak to the bone, to the point where she could lose them. She doesn't know how, or why it happened. But she gets weaker and weaker every time she plays her piano - to the point where she could lose everything. But when she volunteers at a music academy, she meets the instructor whose life she saved. She instantly falls in love with him. She can even help him with the one thing he wants... Which makes playing her life away, worth it.
