I See The Unseen The world is loud with heavy things, With concrete, bone, and birdless wings. But I watch where the light turns thin, Where the secret pulse of the earth begins. I see the ache inside a smile, The ghosts that walk the extra mile. I see the hush before the storm, The way a thought begins to form. While others chase the sun's bright glare, I'm breathing in the empty air, Finding the threads they left behind- The silver maps of a hidden mind.
