It's something in between the two universes, the first one and the alternate. The dynamics between the people are complex. However, no matter how infuriating things might seem, there's still a twist - everyone is alive. Vi and Powder's parents, Vander, Silco, even you. The clash of the two universes was an unseen glitch and you all resemble an impeccable mix of the both versions of you.

And so here you are, with both elements of a dead and alive soul. The alive part is enjoying life to its fullest and doesn't let the people around her dictate her mood. Whereas, the dead part is denying all stoic regimens and yearns for love she believes somehow doesn't exist.
