Set against the vibrant and culturally rich backdrop of Kathmandu, When Hearts Collide follows the tumultuous love story of Riya Mahat, an ambitious and passionate choreographer, and Darian Khadka, Nepal's most enigmatic movie star. Riya's life takes an unexpected turn when she is hired to choreograph for Darian's latest film. While Darian dazzles on-screen with his magnetic charm, he remains a mystery off it-guarded, withdrawn, and haunted by a past he struggles to leave behind.
At first, Riya and Darian's relationship is purely professional, filled with tension and friction, but their connection begins to deepen during a glamorous fundraiser in Pokhara. Amidst the sparkling celebrations and rich Nepali traditions, the two share a dance that sparks something both beautiful and dangerous. What begins as a clash of personalities soon evolves into an undeniable attraction, and their lives become inextricably intertwined.
As their romance blooms, Riya uncovers a shocking truth about Darian's past-his estranged mother is the same woman her father abandoned their family for years ago. Just as they start to navigate this new challenge, a devastating revelation shatters their world: Darian is diagnosed with terminal cancer. His health deteriorates rapidly, forcing the couple to confront the fragility of life and the impermanence of their love.
Despite the overwhelming grief, Darian's unwavering love for Riya strengthens their bond, and even in the face of death, he refuses to let their love story end. As Riya learns she is pregnant with Darian's child, she is faced with the overwhelming task of carrying his legacy forward, while coming to terms with the unbearable loss. When Hearts Collide is a tale of passion, sacrifice, forgiveness, and the complexities of love, as Riya and Darian fight to make the most of the time they have left.

She hated riding the subway.
It was cramped, smelled, and the seats were extremely uncomfortable to sit on for hours on end.
Now add a group of crazy mask-wearing, weapon-wielding, maniacs to the ever growing list of reasons why Gemma hated riding the subway.
Gemma Conners is your average eighteen year old and for the past two years she's been riding the subway to and from school with no problem. She always expected the same ol' same ol'. Cramped spaces, hard seats, and perverts staring her up and down and "accidentally" bumping into her and blaming it on the train as it jostled people into one another.
Never did she expect a group of masked men to rush in and hold everyone onboard hostage, demanding that they all play along with their sick and twisted idea of a "game".
It was either that or die.
To add on to her ever growing list of problems, one of the passengers onboard just so happens to be Archer Daniels, your typical high school "heartthrob" and Gemma's classmate. Her day just kept getting better and better.
With Gemma's luck, she'd be lucky if she lasted five minutes.
Yep. She really hated the subway.
