Lost in Time, Found in Love

Valentina's story begins in Lisbon, Portugal, where she is studying archaeology and is passionate about uncovering the mysteries of ancient civilizations. During a university restoration project, she is tasked with handling a rare artifact-a golden pocket watch engraved with strange symbols. One evening, while working late in the lab, an accidental alignment of the watch's moving parts emits a blinding flash of light. When Valentina opens her eyes, she finds herself in the heart of São Paulo, Brazil, in the year 1990.

Disoriented and without any clue how to get back to her time, she wanders aimlessly through the bustling streets. Overwhelmed by her situation, she faints in front of a modest fruit stand owned by an elderly couple, Dona Maria and Senhor Luiz, who kindly take her in.
