Part III of the Poisonous Fangs series; I highly recommend reading the first two books before this one. Three years have passed since King Hadrian had ended his war with the Necromancers, taken full reign as the Vampire King that united the three major clans after leading the creature races to their new home en masse through the exodus that took them there, and had later exiled Albus and the Order of the Phoenix from his lands while maintaining a tenuous peace with the Ministry of Magic; even across worlds.
All seemed well for the Vampire King and his lands; but a Vampire King is only as strong as the mate who stands beside them, and the people he surrounds himself with. Ever since completing his first trial for Lord Death; Hadrian had come to feel the flow of mana more acutely...knew when major change was about to erupt.
And the intensity of mana that loomed on the horizon; it spoke of another war to come...
