"This is for you," Taehyung said, holding the box out to Jungkook.

Jungkook's small hands trembled as he unwrapped the dirty newspaper. When he opened the lid, his face turned pale.

Inside was a dead rat, its tiny body stiff and its glassy eyes staring lifelessly.

Jungkook screamed, dropping the box. "H-hyung! What is t-that?!"

"It's your gift," Taehyung said calmly, crouching to pick up the box. "I found it just for you. It's beautiful, isn't it?"
