Jinx swaps bodies with a version of herself that grew up in Piltover. Canon divergence from Season Two, Episode 9. Timebomb fic. Holding this here until my ao3 account goes live. Contains violence + suffering typical of the show, depictions of a nonspecific amnesiac disorder, and maybe even sex (one day, later).

Arcane Season 3 With Ekko & Jinx - Act 1
Set after Arcane: Season 2, this story follows Ekko as he ventures to Kalstead to uncover Benzo's past after discovering an old photograph. However, his journey takes an unexpected turn when he uncovers signs that Jinx, presumed dead, is alive and hiding in the city. Meanwhile, Jinx, scarred by her past, finds a fragile sense of belonging among Kalstead's rebellious youth, rediscovering the idea of family and fleeting happiness. Both Ekko and Jinx become entangled in Kalstead's rebellion, a fight far more dangerous than either anticipated. As Ekko begins to see Powder in Jinx's fractured persona, their paths converge in a battle against mounting threats. But what begins as a rebellion against injustice soon spirals into a far more sinister conflict, forcing both to confront their pasts and decide what they truly stand for. In a world where peace seems elusive, this is a story of resilience, rediscovery, and the enduring hope for a better future. (Please vote if you like the story)Complete

𝚂𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚛 | Jinx & Ekko
What if their fight on the bridge ended differently, and Ekko was the one who lost? Jinx is faced with a choice; Leave her childhood friend to bleed out and die, or save his life. - Greetings, dear reader. Are you looking for a different ending to Jinx and Ekko's story? Are you intrigued about what could've been, if only things went a different way for them? You have come to the right place! That's what this story is all about. But I take issue with most Jinx x Ekko fanfics/timebombs either rushing their complicated relationship from 0 (Enemies) to 10 (Best Friends/Lovers), often ignoring crucial aspects of both characters that define their trauma and willingness/unwillingness to reconcile with each other. Jinx is an incredibly complex character. Expect this story to explore that complexity to its fullest. I've been inspired to attempt the impossible; Showcase the most realistic possible path for these two to find their way back to each other. Arcane is a show of tragedy brought forth by circumstance. Unlike most fanfics, this one will focus on a realistic take of what their relationship could have looked like, if at one crucial moment, things went a different way. In order to do proper service to the complex characters of Arcane, THE STORY WILL CONTAIN SOME OF THE FOLLOWING MATURE THEMES: - Descriptive Violence - Selfharm, Att./Suicide - Depictions/Examination of Emotional Trauma - Depictions of Psychotic Behavior - Minor Swearing - Additional but similar concepts.
