"You know, you should stop by my place on Tuesday," Zelda comments in a tone so jarringly sweet he's reeled right back in.
He shakes his head, certain he's misheard her. "What? I-"
"Our cleaning lady comes by on Tuesdays," she smiles. "Maybe she can vacuum all those cobwebs out of your ears-since your head is so pathetically void of any intelligent thought."
Link slams the pencil down flat. "If you hate tutoring me so much, why don't you just quit already?"
It's Link most daunting adventure yet-High school! Having just moved to the big city, Link is struggling in more ways than one: Relentless bullying, no friends besides his sassy little sister, and to top it all off, he's failing! But when tutoring pits him against the most popular girl in school, he realizes he might not be the only one in need of rescuing.
[This story is a BotW-focused AU with a couple tweaks and some familiar faces'n'places from other games joining along the way!]

The Princess and Her Knight - A Breath of the Wild FanFiction
Before the Great Calamity, Zelda and Link travel amongst Hyrule together. They must learn to tolerate each other on their journey. Zelda, having barely been able to leave the castle much before him, discovered her sense of adventure when she went out with Link. Is it possible that the two of them harbored a secret admiration for each other than ran deeper than friendship? Or would Link maintain his silence and not speak to the princess at all? This story flashes back from before and after the Great Calamity. What happens after Link defeats Calamity Ganon? This story is very long, but if I do say so myself, I think it's worth it! There will be a sequel. Contains spoilers. I DO NOT OWN THESE CHARACTERS OR ANYTHING/MONOLOGUE THAT HAPPENED IN THE GAME, it belongs to Nintendo. Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. ((read whole description to know what you're getting into xD)) There is a secret hiding in the nation of Hyrule. For centuries this land has been a democracy, but few actually know just what is going on behind the scenes. What use are the old tales when no one even believes in magic anymore? Zelda is a girl who lives her life trapped within the walls of her family's mansion. She only leaves to go to school, and there she meets someone who will quite literally change her life forever. Zelink AU Modern Fanfiction Link lives a miserable life. Every day it seems that the same exact events repeat themselves, like he's living in a loop. As an attempt to break his loop, Link's little sister Aryll and her friend Tetra make a goal to set him up with Tetra's older sister Zelda. With Thanksgiving weekend just around the corner, the two merge and each discover how special the other is. But what happens when other girls are involved? How A Princess Fights.
When Zelda is forced to marry a tyrant that would bring her country to ruin, she lashes out at her new husband. The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try. Link was a bit of a problem child when he first started school, all he ever knew was the kindness from his best and only friend, so when faced with other nastier people their age, he didn't react too well. Skip forward a couple years and he's improved. Expressing his feelings however didn't come so naturally to him, so he decided to just... Go for it, in an extremely weird way, and just expect her to get it. He wanted to be nice to people, so he just accepted everything and went with what the other person desired. A Princess's Problem.
Follow Link and Zelda's struggle to unlock her powers and help her father look after the kingdom of Hyrule. But what will happen when they are alone? Link and Zelda will have a rocky start but eventually, Zelda warms up to him and they journey through Hyrule together. They will face creatures such as Dodongos. It will include much loved characters from Twilight Princess and Ocarina Of Time and maybe a few others. This is the ultimate adventure packed with fighting, love, friendship and of course mind boggling plot twists. I also need your help with suggestions from other Zelda games and I will somehow make it into this fanfic even though it is based in Breath of the Wild.
