It's Nightmare's first Christmas as the ruler of the Doodlesphere, and the first Christmas with Ribbon.
Killer wants to do something fun for the holidays, he has a new boyfriend too. To s̶h̶u̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶u̶p̶ bring in the holiday cheer, he sets up a holiday-themed heist with the souls of the Doodlesphere he has under his infection. Meanwhile, Nightmare is spending the day more "simply" by wanting to get the perfect photo of Ribbon for his torture scrap book.

When something is happening what if the council made an evil plan, that they had no idea was evil happen. All I can say is after it happened it practically hurt Inks nonexistent soul.
