!!!! THIS IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS (story has been partially decided but wording might change over time) I am NOT a pro at writing, do not expect perfection. The story does contain some bloody descriptive scenes, maybe dont read this if that isn't your thing.

The story mostly takes place in the Netherlands but for reading purposes it is written in English, only incorporating the Dutch language occasionally.

In the year 2031 a devastating barrage of nukes hit the country of the Netherlands for unknown reasons. Millions die and the survivors are faced with the horrible aftermath of a nuclear war. Amongst the chaos, a supernatural force is 'awakened'. Appropriately named "the glow" which affects a small percentage of the surviving local population, empowering them. An agency that goes by the name of E.V.E.N.T - Extraction, Verification, and Elimination of Nonstandard Threats. Aims to detain and potentially neutralize individuals deemed dangerous. Raising the stakes for them all, forcing them to make difficult decisions and sacrifices with dire consequences for the sake of survival. All while trying to rebuild a flooded radioactive wasteland.Todos los derechos reservados

Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards. Those who had been affected by this mutation were no longer recognizable. They were monsters rampaging through the devastated world. That is until a strange case where a woman was infected but did not mutate. She was thought to have been the cure. Little did they know she was actually the cause for the world we live in today. That's right she was the first, Tina Primrose, the virus eventually seemed to died off as the descendants of Tina became hunters who'd hunter their brethren with the abilities gifted to them through the blood of Tina Primrose. Then there was the war between the remaining humans and those monsters. Naturally the humans won with our aid. Life was fine as we rebuilt the world until the day of our betrayal. The new government formed by the humans banished us from this world and we were hunted down. The last surviving members of the Primrose bloodline were two siblings. A Boy named Dakota Isaragi Primrose and his sister formed a group known as L.U.N.A. An Organization dedicated to those who have been born with the cursed bloodlines to find solace. The government attacked the organization but to save his brethren Dakota struck a deal with the Government to spar the lives of the members of the organization if he turned himself over to the government. Sadly, he was also betrayed. His brethren slain and his memory wiped the government believed they'd won but, the battles only just begun.

Okay so this story is probably from 2018. It's not good and it's written like a dialog because my initial plan was to draw it. But I'm kinnda too lazy for that. A redhaired girl is lying on the ground, wounded. The world around her is being destroyed. Everything around her is exploding. AKANE: So this is the cause of my actions? Did I train and fought all my life just for this? She looks on her right. On the ground there's a glowing rock, radiating its magic. Tears start falling down her face. AKANE: It's all my fault. ''AKANE'': Pathetic girl. All my life I was hidding my emotions... They taught me to do so. And now, tears. Ha! Pathetic. The whole universe will cease to exist because of me... Because of my emotions, because of them... Because of him. I'm no assassin. I'm weak. And just like that, I'll die. You must be confused. BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They vowed to someday take over America and start over with a utopian society where everyone would have a common goal. They slowly infiltrated the government, filling it with corrupt leaders. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.
