Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were Hollywoods hottest young couple until Kristen is caught kissing her Snow White and the Huntsman director. Rob instantly ends the relationship and after they finish their tour for Twilight he never speaks to her again.
Kristen struggles with the break up as Rob was her first true love and first real boyfriend. Kristen tries to move on with her life but continues to struggle. The young actress ends up with a drinking problem and when she's rushed to the hospital, she gets news that will change her life forever.

In real life Rupert and Kristen admitted to their affairs and both publicly apologized in 2012. Rupert never got remarried and Kristen and Rob sadly Split in 2013. 
Dylan Meyer is Kristen's real gf &  fiance since 2019.

The only true fact in this story is that Kristen does have really bad anxiety and she said in her Howard stern interview of 2019 that she self medicates but it not on any true medications for it
