In the aftermath of the second apocalypse, a hybrid MESS named Makka embarks on a desperate quest to find his mother. He carries the weight of her father's dying wish: to prevent another apocalypse. But his mission becomes even more perilous when he discovers that the Four Emperors-the strongest of the MESS-are vying to kill him, believing he holds the key to ending the world.
