An African billionaire designs an AI humanoid robot, the Shonabot, but everything goes apocalyptic when the Shonabot becomes rogue during its launch. Three years later, everything has been reduced to nothing and the Shonabots are now jealous of the human race. In a desperate move to survive, a group of survivors must find a safe haven called Afrotopia where the bots can't reach. Their hopes are shattered when they discover that Afrotopia isn't much of a paradise.
