In a world where adrenaline meets compassion, Speeding Hearts tells the story of two individuals from entirely different universes. Niki, a cold and fearsome racing prodigy, dominates the race tracks with precision and an unyielding thirst for victory. Known as a monster on wheels, his heart is closed off, encased in a shell of speed and solitude. He holds the coveted second-place title, his only rival being the unparalleled racer, Heeseung, who consistently claims first.

On the other hand, Sunoo is a radiant, sassy doctor adored by everyone. With his expert skills, infectious humor, and warm nature, he lights up the hospital hallways, earning the nickname "Rainbow Doctor." He's the sunshine in the lives of his friends-Jungwon, the responsible "mom" of the trio, Jake, a shy yet determined medical professional, and Wonyoung and Winter, his fellow doctors specializing in different fields.
