Raelynn Swan is the younger, adopted, sister of Bella Swan. Raelynn had also found her mother quite, problamatic, to say the least, and so came the decision to move to Forks, Washington. Though, in Raelynn's English class, she finds Rosalie, someone actually worth becoming friends with in Forks high school.

Rosalie doesn't want to get close to a human of all people. She's always tried her best to avoid them the best she could, but now she feels drawn to Raelynn.
Raelynn doesn't want to get too close to a girl, fearing what her mother would think. Though, the vampire's kindness just seems to draw her in like an invisible string.
