This is my story.
My name is Jemma; though the select few know me as Ruby Rose. Dumb nickname if you ask me, but that's what I get for marking my murders with a single blood cover rose. What can I say I've got a little bit of class.
Well anyways, that's not important right now. This is my origin story. How I went from a sweet innocent women struggling to make ends meet to a merciless killer for the head mafia family Terravino. I've now got 2 families and 2 lives. Both full of love and tainted red by the blood I've shed.
Trauma is what started it all...
As I lay there in her arms, under the giant oak tree, I could see the red and blue lights glistening off the leaves above me creating an ocean of red and blues. My ears were still ringing from the gun shots. So everything was quiet. I felt the weight of the gun slip from my hand and land on the soft grass next to us. I tilted my head towards Anya's face. Streams of tears and bloody snot ran down her beaten and bruised face. I thought to myself; "This isn't right! I can't die here. Not in front of her! I can hold on longer, I have to."
